At Newton E–Mobility (P) Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality electric vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (electric scooters and bulk orders), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
- The product received is incorrect or incomplete
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a return request, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice)
- Photos/videos showing the issue
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect performance
- Requests made after the 48-hour reporting period
3. Replacement Policy
- Approved return cases will be eligible for replacement only (not return of goods)
- Replacement will be processed after inspection and verification
- The replacement timeline may vary depending on product availability
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions:
- If a replacement is not available
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method or bank transfer
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Shipping & Handling
- For approved cases, we may arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is from our side

Products covered under warranty should be handled through our service and support team, not under the return policy.
